Kotryna Mantusienė (Katherina Monthussowa) sells two peasants with their land and duties to Bishop Jonas (John) [Lasavičius] of Vilnius for 23 kapas of Prague grosh.

The parchment is water-damaged, with holes. Ink faded in places.
Invocatio is written in enlarged letters, taking up half of the text. On the left margin near the initial there is a record of the canon M. Herburtas (mid 19 c.): NB. Jam perscriptum.
