Text:
7,5x23 cm; 15 rows.
The parchment is in good condition, with a few small holes and spots.
The first letter of the invocatio is decorated, taking up almost the whole text.

The label and the seal of the Library of the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences are on the reverse of the parchment.
