F1-20. Privilege of Casimir Jagiellonian, Grand Duke of Lithuania and King of Poland, to the inhabitants of Vilnius

Casimir Jagiellonian, Grand Duke of Lithuania and King of Poland, exempts the inhabitants of Vilnius from the duty of called “pastotės”.
The record under the plica on the right runs as follows: Dominus R[e]x per se. 
The seal is missing. It was attached with a string of cherry. Two round holes for the strip are made in the parchment.
Latin; 1 f.; 21,7x39+7 cm; Text: 9x25,5 cm; 16 rows. The parchment is in good condition.  First letters of the words of the intitulatio are enlarged and decorated. 
The label of Vilnius Public Library is on the reverse of the parchment.
