The noble Vaclovas Mangirdavičius (Venczeslaus Mongirdowycz) with his children, brother and relatives donate two peasants and an annual tribute of food to the Franciscan Monastery in Vilnius.

All of the three attached seals are missing, except for the three cuts made for the strings and a piece of parchment strip.

Text:
7,7x21,3 cm; 16 rows.
The parchment is spotty in places, with some rust; the upper part is gnawed. A piece of the plica on the left is torn off.
Initial is decorated, taking up the whole text.

The label and the seal of the Library of Lithuanian Academy of Sciences are on the reverse of the parchment.
