F6-54. Bull of Pope Sixt IV to Bishop Andrius of Vilnius

The Bull of Pope Sixt IV allowing Andrius (Andreas), Bishop designate of Vilnius, to receive consecration, having sworn an oath to the Pope and Roman Catholic Church. The text of the oath is included.
On the margins are clerical records: Conkordat; the letter - R; Aug[ustus]; G. bonidies; N. de Tongues; pro B. de Maffeis fert. 1, pro Consalio fert. 1, residui pro Ricardo(?).  On the plica on the right is the signature: Sinolfus. 
The seal is missing. It was attached with a string of white thread. Two holes for the string are cut in the parchment.
Latin; 1 f.; 32x53,5+7,2 cm; Text: 16x43,5 cm; 22 rows. The parchment is in good condition.  The initial of intitulatio is highlighted and decorated; some letters of the first line are enlarged and ornamented. 
The label and the seal of the Library of the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences are on the reverse of the parchment.
