Levka Timoševičius (Lewko Thymoszewicz) with his sons and relatives confirm that Martynas Goštautas (Martino Gastolthowicz) paid for the land bought from him (Pyotraszowo).

The seal is missing. It was attached with a string of white thread. Four horizontal cuts for the string are made in the parchment.

The parchment is a little spotty.
On the left margin near the initial there is the record of the canon M. Herburtas (mid 19 c.): NB. Jam transcriptum.

The label and the seal of the Library of the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences are on the reverse of the parchment.
