Jonas Goštautas (Gasztholtowicz) with his wife Kotryna and their children donate an annual tribute of ten barrels of grain and vegetables, one barrel of wheat, one barrel of peas and one pig from the estate of Alšov to the Franciscan Monastery in Vilnius.

The record made by the scribe on the plica (most probably naming the place) runs as follows: Raclysz.

The seal is missing. There is a cut for the strings made in the parchment.

Text:
10,5x17 cm; 16 rows.
The parchment darkened; the right part of it (with text) is gnawed away by mice.
The initial of the invocatio is decorated. Some letters of the first line are enlarged.

The label and the seal of the Library of the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences are on the reverse of the parchment.
