Konradas, alias Kučiukas (Conradus, alias Kuczuc), owner of Žirmūnai, donates a "saikas" (measure of weight) of honey from the village of Dokudov and 10 saikas of wheat from the village of Astravec to the Church of Franciscan Monastery in Vilnius.

4,5x26 cm; 9 rows.
The parchment is spotty, gnawed in two places, with two holes along the folds.
First two letters of the invocatio are enlarged and decorated; initial takes up the whole text.

The label of the Library of the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences is on the reverse of the parchment.
