The diploma of Mikalojus Nemiravičius (Nicolaus Nyemirowycz), inheritor of Vseliub, marking his will to leave the estates of Iškaldz, Malyšev and Leščanka as well as the box with jewelry to his wife Elžbieta after his death. It is also noted who will dispose this property after his wife's death.

The seal is missing. It was attached with a string of cherry thread. Two cuts for the string are made in the parchment.

The parchment is in good condition.
Invocatio is written in enlarged letters. Initial is decorated, taking up more than half of the text.
