F1-31. Testament of the noble Vaclovas, alias Nemira, Jokūbavičius


Vilnius, 1499 06 25
The testament of the noble Vaclovas, alias Nemira, Jokūbavičius (Vencelaus, alias Nyemir Jakubowicz), concluded at home of the noble Svetochna Jerubienė (Swyathochna Jarubowa) near St. Peter’s Church in Vilnius.
The attached seal is missing, except for the parchment strip used for the attachment of the seal.
Latin; 1 f.; 35,3x25,3+3,4 cm; Text: 26x20,5 cm; 49 rows. The parchment is water-damaged, with many spots. Decayed parts are glued with paper. The bottom left part of the parchment is cut off.  Invocatio is written in enlarged letters. Initial is decorated, taking up 28 lines. The notarial sign is on the left, below the text. There is a synchro postscript. Ink on the reverse faded; the notarial sign is on the left, below the text. 
The label of Vilnius Public Library is on the reverse of the parchment.
