Grand Duke Vytautas of Lithuania donates the village of Liubaras, 3 fisherman in Bistryčia and the lake Rinkutis to Vilnius Cathedral and its bishops in return to the village of Jaryničiai owned by the Cathedral.

The sattached eal is missing; except for the holes for the attachment of the seal.

The parchment is spotty and rusty in two places. Ink faded. The holes are glued with paper. Underwent restoration in 1986.
The first letter of the invocatio is decorated, taking up 9 lines.

On the reverse of the parchment there is a mark of the once-existed label.
