The noble Martynas Motiejavičius (Martinus Maczeyowicz) with his wife Margarita and their children donate a tithe from the estate of Račkiškė to the Franciscan Monastery in Vilnius.

The attached green wax seal of Martynas Motiejavičius (part of which has crumpled off) in a protective bowl of rougher wax, attached with a parchment strip. There are two horizontal cuts for the strip in the parchment. Diameter 22 mm.

The parchment is in good condition.
Initial of the invocatio is decorated and takes up half of the text.

The label and the seal of the Library of the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences are on the reverse of the parchment.
