Daugėla Girdavičius (Dowgal Gyrdowicz) and his wife Oluška (Olusczka) donate the annual tribute of wheat from their village near the lake Varnas [Varnakis] to the Franciscan Monastery in Vilnius.

6x31,5 cm; 11 rows.
The parchment has turned darker, is spotty and with some rust on the right side. Ink faded in places.
The first letter of the invocatio is decorated, taking up the whole text; the word ‘amen’ is written in enlarged letters.

The label and the seal of the Library of the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences are on the reverse of the parchment.
