Noble Butka Jackevičius (Buthko Jaczkowycz) with his wife Anastazija and their sons donate an annual tribute of one pig and 10 barrels of crop and vegetables to the Franciscan Monastery in Vilnius.

The attached black wax seal of Butka Jackevičius in a protective wax bowl attached with a parchment strip. Three horizontal cuts for the strip are made in the parchment. Diameter 22 mm.

The parchment is a little spotty, torn along the fold.

The label and the seal of the Library of the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences are on the reverse of the parchment.
