Bishop Albertas Taboras of Vilnius donates the land of Simaniškės, in the Bishop holding of Vidžiai to the noble Povilas from Dambrovna (Paulus de Dambrowno), holder of Salakas, and his progeny for his merits.

Text:
15,5x30 cm; 22 rows.
The parchment is spotty, worn along the folds, with one small hole; ink smeared. The plica is gnawed by mice in two places.
Invocatio is written in enlarged letters. Initial is decorated, taking up the whole text.
