Archbishop Fridrich of Gniezno grants, under certain conditions, 100 days of the remission of temporal punishment in purgatory to the faithful who visit the new altar of the Holy Trinity in the Church of MaiĊĦiagala.

Both of the two attached seals are missing, except for the parchment strips and 6 cuts used for the attachment of the seals.

The parchment is a little spotty, with some decay along the folds, otherwise in good condition.
The first word of intitulatio is written in enlarged letters. Initial is decorated, taking up 13 lines. There is synchro postscript.

The label and the seal of the Library of Lithuanian Academy of Sciences are on the reverse of the parchment.
