Andrius Daugirdavičius, inheritor of Vialikija Svirany, donates the lands of Danevo, Račiutino and Rakucevo with eight peasants to his servant Mitka and his heirs.

The seal is missing. It was attached with a string of cherry thread. Three cuts for the string are made in the parchment.
