The parchment is spotty and has a small hole; the left margin with some text is cut off; ink smeared along the folds and in the water-damaged place.
The first letters of the words in the first line are enlarged; there is a word in capital letters in the middle of the text. The initial letter of the second paragraph is decorated, taking up the whole paragraph.
